This is a new and special class to help you get back on track with your fermentation. We will cover the basics of these traditional fermentation techniques:
Fermenting your garden produce
Maintaining and using your sourdough starter. I have "new techniques" to share that will make sourdough-making EASIER and MORE FUN!
Cultured Dairy: Yogurt + Kefir - the king of cultured dairy, the EASY way!
If you have previously attended any of the above classes, this class is for YOU! Or, if you already have a little knowledge with any of the above and want to "skip" the theory behind the "how
and "why" of fermentation, this class is also for you! It will be straight-to-the-point and get you headed straight to the kitchen for fabulous fermentation exploits! Take-home starters are provided at this class (sourdough, yogurt, kefir grains) with complete handout instructions.
